LaBarge Weinstein is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Specialist to lead and execute initiatives that elevate the firm’s brand, strengthen client relationships, and support client growth. This role blends strategy, creativity, and execution—spanning marketing campaigns, content development, digital presence, and collaborative business development efforts.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications plan in collaboration with lawyers, aligned with firm priorities and growth objectives
  • Create compelling content across platforms, including social media, email campaigns, website updates and internal communications.
  • Manage and evolve the firm’s brand presence, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity
  • Plan and coordinate select client-facing events, speaking engagements, and industry opportunities, managing logistics and promotion
  • Identify and implement innovative marketing initiatives to attract and engage prospective clients
  • Track and highlight client successes, testimonials, and case studies (where confidentiality permits)
  • Maintain and leverage a client database/CRM to support targeted marketing and business development efforts
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to refine strategies
  • Work closely with lawyers to understand practice areas, identify opportunities, and translate expertise into market-facing content
  • Support internal communications and firm-wide announcements to ensure alignment and engagement

What we’re looking for in a candidate:

  • A degree or diploma in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years a similar role
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content
  • Hands-on experience in marketing, communications, and campaign execution; experience in professional services is an asset
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, website content management, and email marketing software
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
