Job Summary: The Record to Report (R2R) professional is responsible for managing and executing end-toend accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role plays a key part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, compliance with accounting standards, and continuous improvement of financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End R2R Process Management - Handle month-end, quarter-end, and yearend closing activities and ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements
General Ledger Accounting - Preparation, review and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments. Perform Bank and Balance sheet account reconciliations, variance analysis and Management reports.
Fixed Assets & Intercompany Accounting - Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules. Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
Compliance & Controls - Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOX compliance. Support statutory audits and internal audits.
Process Improvements - Identify gaps and implement process improvement initiatives. Drive automation and efficiency improvements in the R2R processes.
SAP Expertise: Support SAP implementation projects as an end user, including UAT and process mapping.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders. Provide timely reporting and insights to management.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and process compliance.
Process the transactions accurately, in accordance with SOP, Policy and Accepted
Required Skills
Knowledge of AI application in Finance process
Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience in process improvement projects and automation tools.
