Job Description:

Main Responsibilities

  • Independently install, maintain, and repair precision measuring instruments
  • Install additional equipment and perform system upgrades
  • Provide urgent technical support to customers across the DACH region, with a focus on non‑contact measurement technology
  • Deliver on-site customer consulting, technical support, and troubleshooting
  • Train customers on measurement technologies and system operation
  • Work closely with Application, R&D, and Sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Completed technical training or technician’s degree with an electromechanical background, or equivalent
  • Preferably electrically qualified (Elektrofachkraft); alternatively, a qualified mechatronics technician or engineer
  • Strong electrotechnical and mechanical knowledge
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field service (5–10 years preferred)
  • High level of PC literacy and IT affinity
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Independent, reliable, and results‑oriented way of working
  • Flexibility and high willingness to travel
  • Ability to work independently in the field while being a strong team player
  • Confident and professional demeanor with high service orientation
  • Valid Class B driver’s license
