Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Clerk

We are seeking a highly responsible and experienced individual to join our team as Shipping and Receiving Clerk. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in relevant computer systems. This role requires the ability to work under pressure and a keen understanding of inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and manage records using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data entry software.
• Utilize Oracle or ERP systems to maintain accurate records.
• Assist with cycle count and inventory management processes.
• Unload large shipments, with a preference for candidates holding a forklift certification.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Engage actively with business priorities and demonstrate a high sense of priority in task management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Preferred experience with Oracle or ERP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of cycle count and inventory processes.
• Ability to work under pressure.
