The Materials Analyst supports Material Procurement, Inventory Control, and Manufacturing Operations by transforming data into actionable insights. This role builds dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools that improve material availability, reduces shortages, increases inventory accuracy, aligns MRP signals with actual production needs, and enables proactive decision making across the plant.
What you will do:
- Validate item masters, BOMs, routings, lead times, and MRP settings
- Improve ERP/MES/WMS data flows
- Support audit requirements
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or equivalent. 3+ years data analytics experience in manufacturing.
- Strong Power BI, Excel, and SQL skills. Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
- Experience with MES/WMS.
- Exposure to Lean, PFEP, Kanban. Python or R a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
