The Senior Test Engineer will provide support on the transfer of products and processes, responsible for designing and implementing that ensure the quality and the functionality of a product. They are involved in all phases of the testing process, from designing the test parameters to troubleshooting errors, and writing up final test procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing and implementing that ensure the quality and the functionality of a product, parameters to troubleshooting errors and writing up final test procedures.
- Improve test performance and efficiency through statistical process control (GR&R, CPK).
- Development and improvement programs in LABVIEW, C#, Visual basic & Test stand.
- They are involved in all phases of the testing process, from designing the test
- Program Management in transferences, NPI & Test equipment projects.
- Update of obsolete test equipment.
- Work as a team.
Requirements:
- Able to travel and program management in transferences and NPI, including financial aspects.
- Strong understating of product traceability and implementation in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in software development particularly LabVIEW, C#, Visual Basic, and TestStand.
- 7 years or more of experience creating test solutions for manufacturing.
- Excellent problem solving skills – knowledge and use of 8D / 5 Why / RCCA.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Well-organized with documented project management skills.
- Good understating of statistic Process controls (GR&R, CpK).
- Fluent in conversational English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
