Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
- Cooperation in the supply management team and support of the team at headquarters in Kleve by assisting with tasks including
- Preparation of requests for quotations and purchasing-related evaluations
- Material planning
- Timely and cost-effective procurement of goods
- Commissioning of services
- Contract management
- Processing order confirmations
- Appointment tracking
- Review of invoices
- Consistent optimization of merchandise management key figures
- Data maintenance
Position Requirements:
- Completed commercial or technical training (associate degree)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in purchasing
- Good written and spoken German and English skills, business fluent
- Good user knwoledge of MS Office products
- Confident an professional manner
