Job Description:

Candidate will report to Sr. Manager FP&A and dotted line to Sales Organization and is responsible for the reporting and forecasting orders, incentive plans, and market segment analysis. Candidate will monitor and evaluate financial data with the goal of providing thorough analysis to support business decisions. Acts as a financial liaison to various departments within the business.

  • Provide management reports and financial analysis, using primarily Excel, HFM, Salesforce CRM
  • Lead orders/sales forecast process including market segment and regional reporting
  • Prepare quarterly Sales Incentive information and coordinate with global accounting teams to maintain budgets
  • Build and maintain forecast by department. Partner with various department managers to create and maintain their monthly department expense forecasts and annual budgets
  • Assist FP&A team with numerous month-end reporting activities including data collection, report development, and analysis amongst other ad hoc activities.
  • Serve as liaison to department managers, assisting them with finance related issues as needed.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and project work assigned by the VP of Finance & VP Sales.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • 3+ years of related accounting and finance experience
  • dvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Salesforce CRM
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to details
  • Work requires effective oral and written communications skills as well as a strong analytical acumen
  • Confident and self-motivated with a flexible approach to work
