The Role

  • Lead global communication and change management efforts for assigned HWC businesses, focusing on creating a consistent, positive colleague experience across multiple countries, as well as diverse businesses and cultures

  • Develop proficiency with the HWC “voice” and style and help ensure their application in communications across HWC businesses and geographies

  • Infuse the voices of business and geography leaders with the HWC style, enabling leaders to communicate authentically with their colleagues while supporting a consistent communication experience across the segment

  • Contribute ideas on how we can most effectively engage, manage change and communicate with key internal audiences

  • Develop communication deliverables and change interventions targeted at various audiences and manage to successful conclusion, coordinating with fellow ICCM team members and leveraging other internal resources and vendors as appropriate

  • Ensure business communication and change activities support WTW’s purpose and strategy, and align with WTW’s broader global efforts and ICCM’s methods (in regard to brand, messaging, approach and sequencing)

The Internal Communication and Change Management (ICCM) Manager for our Health, Wealth & Career (HWC) segment will help HWC business leaders inform and engage colleagues in their work with clients and each other, in the growth strategy and goals of the segment, and in the career opportunities and unique culture of WTW.

The Requirements

  • Significant experience in global communication and change management; experience working with HWC businesses is a plus

  • Strong writing and editing skills with a proven ability to develop authentic messaging platforms for leaders with varying voices/styles, including writing in a crisp and conversational tone and communicating visually

  • Expertise in different media types and communication channels

  • Exceptional client relationship skills and proven experience in consulting with senior leaders

  • Experience in actively leveraging AI-enabled tools (such as Copilot and Writer) to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and quality across communication and change initiatives
  • Adept in using metrics and data to determine insights and trends to continually assess the value of deliverables
  • Ability to regularly switch between strategic and tactical responsibilities; diligent listening and succinct verbal communication skills

  • Highly detail oriented, organized and adaptable

  • Flexible worker with ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects, self-manage and prioritize workload

  • Aptitude to synthesize direction, navigate ambiguity and prioritize actions from a variety of stakeholders

  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential issues

  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure and in an environment of continuous improvement, and manage stressful situations with calm and confidence

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $95,000.00-$140,000.00 USD annually. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
