The Role
- Lead the implementation of Desktop, Network, Telephony, Audio Visual, Print & UPS deliverables
- Act as central point of contact with key global vendors, monitoring and driving performance
- Manage communications with end users and senior stakeholders
- Co-ordinate inter project dependencies from Simplification and Transformation initiatives
- Project planning and scheduling (resources, activities, infrastructure and dependencies)
- Perform Technical Due Diligence and site surveys to validate the scope of works
- Devise design packages for Construction teams. Complete stage reviews of packages
- Work in a hybrid manner, scheduling the working day around important project meetings
- Ensure knowledge and information flow seamlessly to keep projects moving forward
- Act as the Change Champion for Technology, preparing and presenting at stakeholder events
- Keep up-to-date and detailed project records in the LOTR file share
- Raise Requisitions and Purchase Orders using the WTW Ariba financial system. Receipt invoices
- Host weekly project update calls to plan and report progress with the International LOTR team
- Track, manage and mitigate any risks and issues. Escalate when the risk/issue impacts go-live
- Submit and present Request for Change (RFC) tickets at Change Request Board meetings
- Complete virtual or in-person UAT for key project deliverables. Support the office during go-live
- Oversee completion of punchlist, as-built document production and asset register additions
- Handover of all the project artifacts to the BAU team when the project enters support phase
