Collaborate with Solution Architect and Business Stakeholders to develop business requirements for the Development team to configure and implement Sales Analytics based on Dynamics 365 CRM data sets and processes

  • Assist in research for defining and clarifying user requirements.

  • Provide clarity in updates to product owner on team progress.

  • Help to develop, groom, and prioritize backlog, and clarify and translate business needs into a detailed requirement.

  • Develop appropriately detailed specifications and support documentation for product features.

  • Assist in the QA processes surrounding the delivery of the technical changes to Dynamics and any related systems.

  • Work with Solution Architect and Business Stakeholders to determine scope and priorities for development cycles.

  • Ability to communicate strategic direction and provide consultation to Sales Operations and Marketing as appropriate.

  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure successful Product releases.

  • Work together with TCS Support and QA teams to collect and classify defects, prioritize appropriately, and ensure expected functionality is fully understood.


The Business Analyst will be responsible for: o Global Sales Analytics development requirements o Pipeline prioritization o Functional Designs and Product Backlog Items o Test Plans, Materials and Evidence o Conceptual Design Documents and Presentations o Consulted and/or informed for all other deliverables related to Sales Analytics initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills.

  • Experience in a Business Analyst role demonstrating understanding of business software concepts, capabilities, and opportunities.

  • Understanding of PowerBI capabilities and Dashboard design concepts

  • Ability to understand and document business requirements into Agile User Stories.

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM is highly preferred, but experience with other CRM systems such as Salesforce or Workday would also be acceptable.

  • Understanding of Sales Business Concepts such as Revenue Pipeline, Contact Intelligence and Sales Opportunity processes.

Other Desired Skills:

  • Understanding of Financial Services Industry, Insurance Broking and/or Consulting

  • Knowledge/Understanding of Sales and Marketing functions within a global organization

  • Understanding/Appreciation of the Marketing and/or Internal Communications Function within a Global Business

  • Knowledge of DevOps

  • Experience of IT Service Management.
