The Role

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy low-code automation solutions using one or more automation platforms (eg Power Platform, UiPath).

  • Build and support desktop (UI) automations and workflow automations, depending on project needs.

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into reliable automation workflows.

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing automations to increase reliability, performance, and user experience.

  • Document solutions (process maps, technical notes, user guides) and follow team standards and governance practices.

  • Continuously learn and apply best practices in automation development, quality, and process optimization.


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Intelligent Automation Developer to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity to grow your career in low-code automation, supporting workflow automation, process improvements, and desktop (UI) automation using a range of Intelligent Automation tools (eg Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath and others). Familiarity with any automation platform is a plus but not required. We value curiosity, structured problem-solving, and a disciplined approach to deadlines.

The Requirements

  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Management, or similar fields.

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a relevant area (eg automation, low-code development, IT, operations, analytics, internships, or academic projects).

  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English.

  • Basic understanding of process mapping and business process analysis.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills; able to meet deadlines reliably.

  • High attention to detail and a quality mindset (testing, documentation, consistency).

  • Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Exposure to one or more automation tools: Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and/or Desktop), UiPath, or similar platforms.

  • Basic understanding of integrations (connectors/APIs) and working with data (Excel, SharePoint, databases).

  • Scripting/programming knowledge (eg JavaScript, Python, or VBA).
