Clients
Preparation and analysis of client utlisation reports, including the provision of value-add insights and recommendations
Perform data validation and processing work using agreed upon tools, standards and techniques, including self-checking work and following review processes
Analyze existing benefits of clients and utilization trend to spot trends or patterns of abuse or fraud
Partner with Consultants to deliver superior project management on select clients
Attends or support client meetings as appropriate to present our reports and analyses
Review analytical work, mentor and develop Analysts
Contribute to the development of new intellectual capital

Identify areas of for improvement in reporting processes and coordination with GBC leading to efficiencies

Complete mandated trainings
Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams, particularly the GBC team

As a Health and Benefits Senior Analyst, you will play a leading role as analytical and technical support for the consulting and brokering business of Health and Benefits (H&B).You will be focused on supporting the delivery and review of technical and analytical work on a wide variety of complex projects in the employee benefit space. You will have the opportunity to significantly grow your health and benefits business acumen as well as your financial, project management and client relationship skills by working on cutting edge projects alongside leaders in the industry. You will be in day to day communication liaison with H&B Consultants, Placement team, Operations team, Insurance Companies and Operations Leads.
The Requirements
Excellent ability to communicate effectively
Ability to co-ordinate deliverables from multiple sources and collaborate with others
Polished and well developed oral and written communication skills
Able to adapt to fast-paced and challenging work situations
Proficiency in MS Office is essential, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Good time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent information processing skills, capable of providing sound insights and recommendations even under pressure
Bachelor’s degree required
