Our Central Team works with colleagues around the world to bring our Global Service Delivery plans to life in our Manila Global Delivery Center. We implement initiatives and facilitate processes to align with WTW delivery centers worldwide. We’re home to teams including Administrative Services, Communications, Continuous Improvement, Excellence, Data Protection, Risk & Compliance, Strategy and Solutions, and Transitions. On our six-month internship, you’ll do more than just experience our work – you’ll help us deliver it.

Responsibilities:

Joining us for three to six months, you’ll build invaluable real-world experience and apply your education in a challenging and rewarding environment. Being mentored and supported by experienced leaders, you will:

  • Enhance your skills and knowledge in office management and coordination, as well as project management

  • Creation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on various projects and deliverables (as instructed)

  • Producing documentation and deliverables relevant to the different project stakeholders

  • Provide general coordination for logistics and concerns for trainings and meetings (as needed)

  • Assist in the delivery of events such as townhalls and engagement activities

  • Coordinate with different teams around the world and get involved in process improvement initiatives

  • Learn every day, through a full induction, on-the-job experiences and opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects with expert professionals.

Requirements:

To transform your tomorrow with a WTW internship, you’ll need to be:

  • In your penultimate or final year of university

  • Studying for a degree in Corporate or Business Management, Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field

  • A strong communicator with excellent organizational and work-planning skills

  • Able to create mailers, draft reports and create presentations

  • A natural team player with an inclusive mentality

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

  • A quick and creative learner

While not essential, proficiency in visual presentation and knowledge of Power BI would also be advantageous.

Workstyles:

We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least one day a week in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow interns. Your time in the office will also include attending meetings and undertaking scheduled training.
