As part of the Lisbon Center and France Retirement team, you'll play a pivotal role in working together with our clients and consultants at the France consulting office.

The Role

Our Retirement team in France advises companies and their pension funds. Utilising a combination of strong analytical skills and in-depth market knowledge, we provide analytical and strategic advice on a wide range of topics related to pension solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues in France and Lisbon, providing operational, analytical, and administrative support for Defined Contribution (DC) consulting activities, with a strong focus on the LifeSight digital retirement platform.

You’ll collaborate on a wide range of projects involving employee benefit plans. Your responsibilities will include:

LifeSight – Ongoing Operational Support

Client Onboarding

  • Create and maintain client and country files
  • Set up, parameterize, and maintain client information
  • Support user onboarding and access processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes and documentation

Platform Maintenance & User Support

  • Provide first‑level monitoring of the LifeSight France shared mailbox
  • Respond to user queries and deliver functional support
  • Escalate issues when required and liaise with internal teams
  • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and quality across systems

In addition to providing ongoing support for WTW LifeSight offering, this role will include DC Consulting Support covering the following areas:

Monitoring of Expected Commissions (Banks & Insurers)

  • Update and maintain commission data
  • Reconcile paid commissions vs. expected commissions
  • Follow up with insurers and partners to retrieve outstanding payments
  • Transfer and integrate commission data into the pension engine

Data & Benchmark Monitoring

  • Maintain and monitor the PB database:
    • Pension plans
    • Investment funds
    • Financial fees and benchmarks

General Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the PB / DC consulting business
  • Support internal reporting and data preparation

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Mathematics, Economics, or another relevant discipline (other backgrounds considered based on experience)
  • Relevant experience; exposure to DC pension plans or fund benchmarking is a strong advantage
  • Fluent written and spoken English and French (mandatory)
  • Strong attention to detail with a rigorous approach to data accuracy and version control
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with clear follow‑through
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms and quickly learning new systems
  • Collaborative, proactive team player who anticipates issues and proposes solutions
  • Clear written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Hands‑on experience with operational processes in financial services, benefits, or pensions
  • Strong Excel and data‑handling skills (lookups, pivots, basic formulas; Power Query is a plus)
  • Familiarity with data integration controls (reconciliations, checks, logs) and basic documentation
