Sales Operations connects colleagues from across WTW into one team to optimise sales productivity cross all segments and geographies.
Bringing together experience and expertise into one organisation enables WTW to respond more quickly and effectively to colleagues’ critical sales needs.
Responsibilities:
Specifically, you will work closely with your manager to help implement sales enablement priorities across Asia (excluding Japan) in the following areas:
Data analysis and insights to anchor upsell/cross-sell discussions
Market segmentation review and opportunity identification
Campaign management and lead management discipline
Pipeline review and sales forecasting support
Key account planning, client satisfaction and Global Standards co-ordination
Adoption of Sales Operations tools and process best practices within your portfolio
Enhancing sales culture through recognition awards and learning & development programmes
Cross-segment enterprise activities (where applicable)
As part of the Sales Operations APAC team, you will also have opportunities to champion regional initiatives/innovation pilots.
As the Sales Operations Associate, you will work with business directors, sales leaders and subject matter experts within our Health & Benefits line of business. You will be expected to partner closely with the business to understand the desired growth goals, align the go-to-market initiatives and deliver end-to-end sales support.
We are looking for an ambitious individual who is seeking to grow their career by being a part of strategic change initiatives around sales enablement and execution. This role will report to Head of Sales Excellence, Singapore who also champions our Asia Health & Benefits business within the WTW Health, Wealth and Career segment.
Success factors include:
Sales & Marketing / Sales Operations experience (minimum 2-3 years)
Consultative approach – comfortable in using data to drive discussions and offer thought-provoking points-of-view
Continuous improvement mindset – keenness in identifying areas of uplift and finding solutions, proactive problem-solving
Collaborative capabilities – partnering with other Asia Sales Operations colleagues / corporate function colleagues to ensure regional consistency while adapting to local needs
Project management know-how – enjoys project-focused work in a fast-paced environment
Stakeholder management – demonstrable communication skills and influencing ability to facilitate alignment and execution
Relationship building – effective interpersonal skills at establishing and maintaining relationships across different levels, functions and/or geographies in a matrix setting
Agility in balancing workflow and work style – working independently / team player as needed
Proficiency in standard Microsoft 365 skills e.g. PowerPoint (must) and Microsoft Power Platform tools e.g. Dynamics, Power BI (highly advantageous)

Diploma (minimum) or Degree (advantageous) in Business, Marketing or equivalent fields
