About the Great Britain – Claims Team

This team is part of the Corporate Risk and Broking segment. Its main goal is to deliver excellent outcomes for clients by working closely with clients, third parties, and insurers. The team provides specialist expertise throughout the client journey.

Key services include:

  • Notifying and settling claims
  • Setting up systems
  • Communicating with external parties via email and phone
  • Creating renewal statistics
  • Handling queries
  • Providing client service
  • Managing documentation and evidence
  • Overseeing financial matters such as debts and refunds

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Uphold all Willis Towers Watson values at all times
  • Meet productivity targets (100%) and maintain high quality standards (over 99.5%)
  • Complete all assigned work within set deadlines
  • Manage assigned client portfolios and promptly report any concerns to the line manager
  • Build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain data security as per company policy
  • Be flexible and ready to adjust priorities as business needs change
  • Adapt to rotating shifts as required
  • Develop a thorough understanding of business processes
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations
  • Follow all company and statutory procedures to protect clients, colleagues, and the business
