Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain absolute confidentiality
Coordinate with global stakeholders to gather market intelligence, client data, and internal insights.
Maintain and update distribution lists, contact databases, and stakeholder maps.
Support the creation, editing, and organization of content for internal and external use (e.g., decks, whitepapers, case studies).
Support business-critical reporting and automation using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Help build lightweight tools and trackers (e.g., prospecting forms, approval workflows) that improve internal visibility and execution.
Progress tracking- Ensure data collection process operates correctly. Facilitate project checkpoint meetings, accurately capture actions.
Support the Chief of Staff and regional business heads in managing operational priorities.
Manage the executive(s) professional, societal and personal commitments, including scheduling meetings, appointments, engagements, and travel (domestic or international) arrangements. Evaluate need and exercise discretion in committing time
Conserve executive(s) time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating communication where appropriate
Serve as a liaison between the executive(s), key stakeholders, and other colleagues. This includes receiving, prioritizing, and screening communication and visitors, answering a variety of questions with tact and diplomacy.
Schedule departmental meetings, business reviews, offsites and townhalls; assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of these events
Help draft and organize internal communications, leadership updates, and global campaign collateral.
We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant / Project Manager to support a group of senior leaders—including the Chief of Staff, Broking Strategy Leader, Sales and Sector Leaders—across a global insurance and risk advisory business. This is a critical role focused on helping our leadership team stay aligned, informed, and efficient by managing cross-functional initiatives, content coordination, and data-driven projects using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Qualifications & Skills required
Experienced Executive assistant with Bachelor's degree & Excellent coordination skills
Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate—or a willingness to learn quickly.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through without micromanagement.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to interact with global stakeholders at all levels.
Project Management experience is a must
