Willis (Bermuda) Limited wishes to recruit a new Head of Client Services for its Captive & Insurance Management Solutions business in Bermuda, Willis Towers Watson Management (Bermuda) Limited (WTWM).

Role Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and directing WTWM’s client service delivery to our portfolio of insurance companies under management, and for managing the Bermuda client service team. This is an executive management position within WTWM. The duties of the role will include:

• Leading WTWM’s service team for captive and insurance management services in Bermuda.

• Directing the content and scope of the service proposition for WTWM.

• Managing and motivation of our team of client service professionals to deliver a superior client service proposition.

• Leadership in new business and product development and other associated activities for WTWM.

• Mentoring and professional/personal development of WTWM’s service team.

• Technical support for team members, particularly in financial, regulatory and compliance matters.

• Cooperation and teamwork with other WTWM personnel and throughout the Willis Towers Watson network.

• Management of WTWM’s core relationships with the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA).

The successful candidate will satisfy the following minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, plus be a fully qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with a minimum of ten years post-qualification experience.
• Additional insurance industry qualifications preferred or at least progress towards a designation.
• Hands on experience in managing a captive and/or insurance management team.
• Significant experience with the Bermuda regulatory environment including the EBS framework, BSCR and Code of Conduct is required.
• Superior organizational skills and project management experience is required.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with a detail orientated commitment.
• Extensive computer experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and accounting software packages. Relevant expertise using SunSystems (Version 6) and Vision accounting software is preferred.

• Able to work under own initiative and meet tight deadlines.
