The Pension Administrator supports the delivery of superior benefits administration services to Towers Watson clients; including Health & Welfare and Pension plan administration. The position requires an individual who is comfortable with benefits administration systems and working as part of a global team with counterparts in North America and Europe. The position will be located in Manila, Philippines

    • Bachelor’s degree and successful completion of required assessments

Excellence

  • Review and analyze member posts to initiate appropriate cases.
  • Perform accurate data entry and processing tasks.
  • Update system records, including member and beneficiary information.
  • Generate quotations, perform calculations, and prepare correspondence for scheme members.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client/member service and escalate suggestions to the Team Leader.
  • Demonstrate and uphold the firm’s core values in all activities.
  • Monitor personal workflow to ensure service levels are met in terms of quality, efficiency, and timeliness.

  • Deliver efficient and professional service to meet client/member needs and uphold the Willis Towers Watson brand.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ pension schemes.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with UK counterparts.
  • Serve as a point of reference for standard automated cases.

Financial

  • Complete timesheets accurately and on time.
  • Achieve defined billable hour targets.
  • Work within the prescribed budget for each project.
