  • To be focused on building a career in the insurance and risk management industry

  • To be a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university

  • A commitment to working towards a Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification

  • A track record of demonstrating leadership skills while at school and university

  • Strong time management skills

  • To be independent and self-motivated

  • The ability to work well in a team environment

  • To be a citizen or permanent resident of Singapore

Selected candidates will be required to take up BCP, PGI and ComGI certifications upon accepting the offer.

Workstyles:

We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least three to four days in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow new joiners.

Responsibilities:
This role will see you building your technical understanding and knowledge through hands-on involvement in meaningful work assignments and projects. Working with and learning from experienced colleagues, you’ll:

  • Develop your understanding of client servicing by supporting day‑to‑day account team operations and ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality service in Singapore
  • Collaborate with network offices to support global client servicing and strengthen regional business connections
  • Support the team with day‑to‑day account management, including new business, renewals, credit control monitoring, and coordination tasks
  • Develop your understanding of client risk profiles and actively negotiate with insurers to design suitable insurance programs
  • Research and monitor market conditions, sharing insights with clients to support informed decisions
  • Manage client account issues by resolving problems in a timely manner and escalating appropriately when needed
  • Connect with the wider CRB to understand the full range of our value proposition
  • Be supported to complete SCI certificates (BCP, ComGI and PGI) during your time on the graduate program.
  • Ensure compliance with WTW best practices and MAS regulations
  • Performs other duties as assigned
