Our CRB business is one of the world’s largest insurance brokers and risk advisory firms. We help clients ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations to understand, assess and manage their risks. CRB is also a hugely varied part of our business, with specialist teams ranging from FINEX and Property & Casualty to Marine and Natural Resources.

We have roles available across the following teams:

FINEX, where you’ll support regional strategy across 12 countries by driving data analysis, planning, and LinkedIn content initiatives to influence decisions on hiring, revenue, and client priorities while helping the business move forward efficiently and effectively. There will also be meaningful opportunities to collaborate and engage with insurers to better understand market appetite which will help drive broking initiatives efficiently.

Property & Casualty, where you’ll provide risk management solutions for evolving challenges such as natural disasters, business interruptions and complex liability exposures.

Marine, where you’ll learn how to navigate and build connections across a multi-directional business and work with an expert global team that specializes in providing customized solutions aligned to the unique needs of the maritime industry.

Natural Resources, where you’ll get an opportunity to work with clients throughout the entire Natural Resources value chain across Upstream, Midstream and Downstream Energy, to Metals and Mining, Power and all forms of Renewable Energy. The ever-changing energy landscape across Asia requires an expert team with keen interest in energy transition to help organizations navigate emerging risks in a rapidly evolving landscape

  • To be focused on building a career in the insurance and risk management industry

  • To be a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university

  • A commitment to working towards a Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification

  • A track record of demonstrating leadership skills while at school and university

  • Strong time management skills

  • To be independent and self-motivated

  • The ability to work well in a team environment

  • To be a citizen or permanent resident of Singapore

Selected candidates will be required to take up BCP, PGI and ComGI certifications upon accepting the offer.

Workstyles:

We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least three to four days in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow new joiners.

Responsibilities:
This role will see you building your technical understanding and knowledge through hands-on involvement in meaningful work assignments and projects. Working with and learning from experienced colleagues, you’ll:

  • Develop your understanding of our clients and business solutions in your allocated sector
  • Collaborate with our network offices to help develop new business in the region
  • Support the wider team with data management
  • Develop and share your understanding of client businesses in the region, focusing on researching industries and preparing benchmarking studies and risk maps
  • Connect with the wider CRB to understand the full range of our value proposition
  • Support a range of new business opportunities by providing research, tracking market responses and feeding back to our network offices
  • Proactively manage your workload to meet deadlines and ensure the highest standards of accuracy
  • Be supported to complete SCI certificates (BCP, ComGI and PGI) during your time on the graduate program.

In addition, you’ll support the team with account management and administration. This will include:

  • Billing transactional work
  • Inputting data within in-house systems
  • Researching and developing data related to specific industries
  • Generating and coordinating calendars and timelines for work in progress
  • Liaising with the regional teams, overseas WTW offices and other business stakeholders
