Our graduate programmes are journeys of learning, experience and support. To transform your tomorrow with WTW, you’ll need to be:

  • A natural problem solver with a sharp and analytical mind

  • Comfortable working with and analysing numbers

  • A confident communicator who knows how to build relationships

  • Curious and eager to build and apply your knowledge

  • At least a second-class upper degree from a recognized university in any discipline, with strong performance in Mathematics or Statistics related subjects.
  • A citizen or permanent resident of Singapore

Selected candidates will be required to take up BCP, PGI and ComGI certifications upon accepting the offer.

Workstyles:

We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least three to four days in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow new joiners.

Responsibilities:

This graduate programme will see you building your knowledge and skills in areas across all our CRB business. Working with and learning from industry-leading colleagues, you’ll:

  • Develop your technical knowledge on challenging, real-world actuarial problems for clients
  • Presenting the results of your work to colleagues and, ultimately, clients
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients across sectors, including cyber, financial institutions, marine and construction
  • Grow every day, from a thorough induction to ongoing professional development and training
  • Be mentored and supported as you study to become a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries or another equivalent actuarial professional organisation

The Actuarial Qualification
The role covers all aspects of actuarial work in General Insurance, with a heavy focus on Pricing. Alongside your role, WTW will support your studies through a complete and flexible study package that includes:

  • Membership fees of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries or another equivalent actuarial professional organization.

  • Study materials for each exam such as course notes, sample questions, past paper

  • Exam entry fees and one re-sit attempt on passing

  • Generous study leave based on number of exams taking per sitting
