• Minimum 4-7 years of successful experience in adding value to client business results (ideally in a consulting role)

• Proficiency in data analysis and formal presentation

• Solid market acumen and digital mindset

• Track record of helping clients achieve their business goals through targeted human capital initiatives (digital transformation project experience is preferred)

• Demonstrated ability to build strong client and associate working relationships

• Expertise in either Rewards, Talent Management or Communication and Change Management

• Passion to acquire, share and disseminate new information and knowledge

• Self-motivated achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, and integrity

• Good command of both written and oral Mandarin and English

Overview As a Senior Associate in WRC, you will be responsible for analyzing quantitative and qualitative market data, collaborating with project manager and/or other consultants to develop and present solutions in advisory projects. You will also be responsible for preparing project proposals and managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis.
