Deploy the entire sales process from approaching until securing clients to ensure the achievement of sales target

Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects and clients including research, initiation of contact, meetings, responding to RFPs, new business presentations, and accurately maintaining CRM systems in order to create and convert sales opportunities

Respond quickly and accurately to new business introductions

Work with the account team in determining appropriate solutions and structuring and pricing the deal
Prepare presentation file and verify all contractual documents prior to binding the contract with clients
Lead the team for bidding for projects assigned and implementation of contract when appointed
Be member of the Work & Rewards advisory team for projects delivery when needed.
Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant products and services offered by the company
Work closely with clients, WR Head and Solution Leader and overseas network to resolve issues specific to the area of focus and identify opportunities for increasing the value of the service to the client(s)
Lead in Public Relations activities such as attending events, fairs, seminars etc…to source potential clients and build business pipeline
Cross - Coordinate with other Department to create cross sale and delivery
Ensure ongoing compliance with Willis Towers Watson guidelines and procedures
Partner with consultants on client projects across multiple industries and HR functional areas
Participate and assist the senior consultants in providing consulting services in areas of strategy clarification, organization development, performance management, compensation programs, competency modeling, corporate culture etc.

Experience in consulting/ HR/ Recruiter environment.
Extrovert and Good interpersonal skills.
Good in Sale and business development
Ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.
Good analytical and research capabilities.
Passion to acquire, share and disseminate new information and knowledge.
Good command of both written and oral English.
