We provide a broad range of services and solutions to thousands of clients, ranging from small businesses to the largest multinational corporations, that include risk assessment, risk management and advisory, risk transfer and placement, and claim advocacy.
We have roles available across the following teams:
Placement, where you’ll build and manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and arrange insurance business while ensuring end-to-end account servicing and seamless collaboration with reinsurers and internal teams.
Claims, where you’ll manage and resolve corporate client claims across diverse industries while working closely with insurers, clients, and internal teams to deliver efficient, effective solutions and outstanding service.

Strong interest in building a career in insurance and brokerage
- Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks and deliver results
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Citizen or permanent resident of Indonesia
This role will see you building your technical understanding and knowledge through hands-on involvement in meaningful work assignments and projects. Working with and learning from experienced colleagues, you’ll:
Develop your understanding of our clients and business solutions in your allocated sector
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Liaise with insurers, adjusters, and legal teams to negotiate and advocate on behalf of clients
- End to end servicing of handled accounts (Risk Binding, Documentation, Premium Payment to Insurers / WTW overseas colleagues
- Work closely with insurers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective claims and placement resolution while delivering outstanding service
Work Styles:
We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least three days in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow new joiners.
