As a consultant in the Human Capital Advisory team in our W&R business, you’ll have immediate exposure to real client assignments. This experience will help you build your technical knowledge and diverse industry expertise, while you benefit from ongoing training tailored to your career growth. You’ll also contribute to projects and business development initiatives in areas including:
Organization design
Performance management
Total reward strategy
Rewards, compensation and benefits benchmarking & design
Executive pay design and governance
Board Advisory

To start building your future career with us, you will need to be:
Qualified to master’s level in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field
- Able to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders
Proactive in meeting clients’ needs
- Comfortable preparing and delivering presentations
- A creative problem-solver
An excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
An analytical thinker with strong research skills
Eager to gain and share new information and knowledge
- Good at working in teams or on your own
- Detail-oriented, action-oriented and results-focused
- Able to prioritize, manage and deliver multiple projects
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Some experience in HR consulting or Client Management roles would also be an asset, but it is not essential.
