The Role
Intern - Account Executive
As a final year student, you will undertake this internship alongside your academic commitments, with the expectation that you will ideally be able to dedicate 24-32 hours per week to WTW. You’ll work closely with experienced brokers and sales professionals, learning how to engage clients, prepare proposals, and support end-to-end broking activities. You will also benefit from on-the-job technical and soft skills training. You’ll gain hands on experience in the following areas:
Client Servicing Support
Assist in responding to client inquiries and preparing meeting materials
Shadow Account Managers and support client engagement activities
Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, and policy documents
Follow up with daily documentation
Market Exploration
Conduct research on industry trends and insurance products
Conduct research on potential client profiles, including company size, workforce scale, and other relevant indicators. Explore emerging trends in foreign direct investment (FDI) across key regions in Vietnam
Client Outreach & Telesales Support
Make outbound calls to prospect to set up 1st meeting and maintain effective pipeline follow up.
Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-ups for Account Managers
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely response and accurate information
Operational & Administrative Tasks
Maintain accurate records in internal systems
Assist in claim data collection and premium tracking
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and service delivery
Training & Mentorship
Attend workshops on insurance fundamentals and broking processes
Participate in case studies, simulations, and shadowing sessions
Start Date
The preferred start date for the 5-month internship is Monday, 5 January 2026.
Work Styles
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will be in the office for three to four days each week. Three days in office presence in mandatory for the first three months to aid with your learning and will be reviewed for the last two months.

The Requirements
- Final-year Bachelor’s Degree students – studying Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Insurance, Foreign Languages
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Strong English language skills, both oral and written (part of the application and assessment will be in English)
- Chinese language Hsk 5 and above is a plus
- Ideally you'll be able to commit to 24-32 hours minimum per week, around your academic commitments
- To be a citizen or permanent resident of Vietnam
- Adept at building rapport and communicating with a broad range of stakeholders to meet the on-going needs of clients
