The Role

As an Actuarial Consultant at WTW, you'll collaborate with both local and international colleagues on a wide range of projects involving employee benefit plans. Your responsibilities will include:
• Performing actuarial valuations for corporate reporting (USGAAP, IFS) and statutory pension fund reporting;
• Managing and reporting on pension funds, ensuring full compliance:
• Supporting plan design through actuarial modeling, implementation, and employee communication strategies;
• Conducting benefit audits and benchmarking studies;
• Engaging in asset/liability modeling:
• Leading employee communication initiatives:
• Contributing to M&A studies from a benefits perspective.

  • Qualifications
  • A degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, or similar. Other qualifications may be considered based on experience.
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience in employee benefits, whether in consuiting, insurance, broking, or finance.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. German is a great plus.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, in particular MS Office such as Excel.
  • Strong communicator, detail oriented, numerical, and flexible.
  • You thrive in collaborative team environments and enjoy working with others to achieve our goals.
