The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Junior Analyst to join our Financial Modelling team, working on our cutting-edge economic scenario generator software, STAR.

This is a hands-on role with a mix of project work and client interaction. You’ll be part of a team that’s constantly improving our models and processes, expanding our client base, and delivering top-tier support.

You’ll be performing the following tasks:

  • Learn and apply stochastic modelling techniques used in our scenario generators.
  • Support model development and calibration, including automation improvements.
  • Build knowledge of asset classes and financial modelling approaches.
  • Prepare client deliverables and assist with regular model calibrations.
  • Respond to client queries, deliver training, and investigate modelling issues.

You’ll receive comprehensive on-the-job training and quickly become involved in real client work. Over time, you’ll have the chance to lead research projects, contribute to model enhancements, and grow into a subject-matter expert.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Physics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science).
  • Basic coding experience (Matlab, C#) and a desire to grow your programming skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
  • A collaborative mindset and a logical, thorough approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English.

We support further study toward CFA or Actuarial qualifications, and we’re open to discussing other professional development paths.
