Job Description
This role will work closely with the HR Talent Advisor to manage execution of segment/function-specific talent strategies to address business priorities for assigned business area(s).
The role will also partner with Recruitment, Regional HR Delivery, Global HR Services and HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to implement talent initiatives, including Transformation, validating needs for alternative approaches if needed, and staying within the scope and priorities of the global HR operating model.
The role may engage beyond primary organization as needed, modelling agile support across HR, development of individual capability and sharing of best practices for achieving objectives and supporting continuous improvement in the function.
Reports to HR Talent Advisor supporting assigned segment(s) / function(s).
The Role
The role includes HR responsibilities across multiple talent disciplines, including some/all but not limited to the following areas.
Colleague Experience & Engagement
- Work closely with HR Talent Advisor and assigned leadership team(s) to execute upon agreed talent strategy and workforce plans, collaborating with wider HR function on the execution of activities.
- Collaborate with Recruitment, Regional HR Delivery, Global HR Services and HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to provide seamless colleague experience, utilizing the technology enabled tiered HR support model and global processes.
- Work closely with Talent Advisor and assigned leaders to identify and correct high-turnover situations leveraging the support of the COEs as required.
Organizational Design & Transformation
- Support organizational re-design/re-structure, including assisting with managing change and communications, in conjunction with Talent Advisor and Employee Relations/Compliance team.
- Work with assigned business leaders to plan and execute workforce reduction actions including those required to deliver synergy saving targets through restructuring, as required.
Inclusion & Diversity
- Ensure that inclusion and diversity is promoted and underpins all HR service delivery.
Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with managers and the Recruitment function on the planning and execution of workforce plans including approvals for posting and hiring and validation of open requisitions.
Total Rewards
- Partner with Talent Advisor, Legal and COE teams to support execution of Total Reward programs including global mobility, retention requests, FLSA, complex offers, benefits for offboarding.
- Support execution of the annual compensation review process, including validating HR Cloud data elements e.g., compensation manager hierarchy accuracy for assigned business organizations.
- Assist leaders and managers in compensation and level determination for applicable processes and activities.
- Coordinate with the Compensation and Benefits teams to provide data and advice relating to competitiveness of Total Rewards offering – salary range development, market benchmarking etc.
- Manage ongoing validity of HR data, help educate on systems and reporting self-service, and support managers/ leaders on data reviews.
Performance and Talent Management
- Work in partnership with Talent Advisor and Talent, Development and Engagement COE to support execution of agreed Talent initiatives.
- Work with Talent Advisor and assigned business leaders to champion the performance review process including reinforcing the objectives and expected outcomes of the process, train new hires, facilitating all phases of on-going communication and follow-up training as needed.
- Act as a resource for leaders to ensure that year-end performance review meetings are conducted in a timely and effective manner.
- Work with Talent Advisor to support talent review and succession planning processes, ensuring L&D actions are in place for bench candidates.
Learning & Development
- Guide on learning solutions that support enterprise and business strategies and enable the growth of our colleagues through a variety of possible career paths.
Talent Analytics
- Provide data-driven talent and workforce planning insights that enable and guide informed decisions that progress achievement of business strategies and objectives.
- Ensure a good understanding of financial performance for the enterprise and assigned business areas. Support data analysis and requirements for HR reporting where essential and by exception, seeking to align to common global reporting and analytics where possible.
Excellence
- Work effectively with colleagues across the broader HR function to support delivery of HR Services and project initiatives as assigned in line with the Global HR service catalogue.
- Ensure that HR delivery activity complies with all company employment practices and applicable country/jurisdiction laws and regulations; for business as usual and for integration/harmonization after any merger/acquisition/transfer of undertaking.

- Significant experience in multiple HR domains, program management, change leadership and effective communications.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $90,000.00-$115,000.00 USD annually.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
