Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Global Program Management

  • Support the administration and implementation of the ESPP across multiple countries including and lead implementation with
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and anti-discrimination regulations, particularly in EEA countries.
  • Coordinate with global ESPP leader to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Lead weekly and biweekly meetings with local payroll and HR teams to define eligible earnings and deduction codes.
  • Coordinate with legal and HR teams to refine eligibility criteria and ensure compliance.
  • Work with regional HR leads to develop toolkits and educational materials for local implementation.

Data & Reporting

  • Utilize GHRS and GPID systems to streamline administrative tasks and automate data flows.

📣 Communications Coordination

  • Distribute multilingual communications including announcement emails, enrollment reminders, FAQs, and tax guides and advise on country-specific items to include in communications
  • Coordinate timings with local teams for Fidelity webinars and educational sessions.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across HR and management teams globally.

📅 Meeting Leadership

  • Weekly ESPP Planning Meetings
  • Country-specific payroll coordination sessions
  • Communications touchpoints with HR and internal comms teams

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in equity compensation, benefits administration, or payroll coordination.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing an ESPP (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of international payroll systems and legal compliance.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders across time zones.
