We also provide advisory services including benchmarking analysis, flexible benefits, benefits harmonization, global governance and well-being solutions. As a Health and Benefits senior account executive, you will contribute to a wide variety of complex solutions which go beyond traditional insurance broking service that involves plan design, financing, delivery, ongoing management and communication of the full spectrum of health and benefit programs, including medical, life/disability, well-being, time off and flexible benefits.
