Broking Platform Product Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our global technology team responsible for building and managing a large-scale broking platform. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with engineering execution, ensuring that product features are shaped and delivered effectively.

The Role - Overview

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, pain points, and strategic goals.
• Requirement Definition: Work closely with engineering teams to shape, document, and refine product requirements.
• Product Communication: Organise and facilitate regular product show-and-tell sessions to showcase progress and gather feedback.
• Feedback Management: Collate and analyse feedback from end users to inform product improvements and prioritisation.
• Agile Delivery: Operate within agile product teams, contributing to release planning, backlog prioritisation, and iterative delivery.
• Feature Ownership: Take accountability for the shaping and delivery of product features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.

The Requirement

• Proven experience working in agile product teams within a large-scale enterprise environment.
• All-Inclusive background in product analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with broking platforms or financial technology products is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.

• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture and integration patterns.
• Ability to work across time zones and cultures in a global team setting.
