Responsibilities:
As an Insurance Consulting graduate, you’ll tackle complex, varied projects that combine technical analysis with clear, client-focused communication.
You’ll be involved in:
- Supporting clients across financial reporting, solvency reporting, capital management and product pricing
- Contributing to corporate restructuring and capital projects such as demutualisation, securitisation and M&A
- Working with senior leaders to meet business and regulatory requirements
- Applying Enterprise Risk Management to help clients manage risks and achieve strategic objectives
- Preparing reports and communicating results to Boards and key stakeholders
- Conducting analysis and monitoring risks, alongside ad-hoc project work
- Collaborating with colleagues across WTW’s global network and attending client events
Qualifications
Requirements:

- Educated to bachelor’s degree level, with a keen interest in pursuing actuarial exams
- Well-organised, detail-oriented and accurate
- A clear communicator, with strong written and verbal skills and the confidence to ask questions
- Resilient under pressure, able to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
- A collaborative team player with a flexible, “can-do” attitude
