Responsibilities:
As a WTW graduate, you’ll experience variety from day one, gaining exposure to different clients, projects and technologies while:
- Contributing to around three client projects at a time, supported by experienced consultants
- Taking part in regular project meetings to understand objectives, share progress and see how your work fits into the bigger picture
- Working directly with clients, from stakeholder communication to sharing deliverables
- Building expertise in our market-leading Insurance Technology Solutions, from demonstrations and training to developing new propositions
- Collaborating with our Technology colleagues to create combined consulting and technology solutions
- Developing quickly through a mix of formal training and on-the-job learning
Alongside this, you’ll be fully supported to sit actuarial exams and work towards becoming a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, with generous study support and a strong peer network to help you succeed.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Our graduate programmes are journeys of learning, experience and support. To transform your tomorrow with WTW, you’ll need to be:
- Technically and mathematically minded
- Able to solve complex problems – and communicate your solutions to a diverse audience
- Driven to apply your knowledge and skills to help our clients
- On course to achieve, or already hold, a 2.1 degree or higher in:
- a numerate discipline, or
- a non-numerate discipline and have achieved a minimum grade of H3 in Higher Level Mathematics in the Leaving Certificate (or an equivalent qualification)

Workstyles:
We believe in the value of in-person learning at this early stage of your career, so you’ll be expected to spend approximately 70% of your working time in the office – typically three to four days a week. You’ll be able to agree on a suitable home/office pattern with your line manager once you start.
