The Opportunity

What will you do?
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Lead to manage and oversee the billing operations for our French broking business. The ideal candidate will ensure management operations and team management, within the framework of a standardized and normalized procedure.
You’ll be working on real client projects, performing the following tasks:
- Lead the French billing team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Ensure all billing activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and client agreements.
- Collaborate closely with claims and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and disputes.
- Prepare and updating statistical reports
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries regarding billing.
- Ensuring the day-to-day relationship with (internal) clients (telephone and written) relating to the contracts for which he/she is responsible.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations within broking.
- Familiarity with insurance broking is an advantage.
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Experience in leading a team and managing priorities effectively.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
