FINEX D&O International Account Executive

Client Relationship Management

• Develop and manage relationships with clients, underwriters, and service providers.
• Understand client business and risk management needs to deliver tailored solutions.
• Lead client strategy, pricing, and placement to ensure profitable outcomes.

Business Development

• Drive new business acquisition and client retention.
• Maintain and convert a pipeline of prospects through research, meetings, and RFP responses.
• Collaborate across business units to identify cross-selling opportunities.

Broking & Placement

• Design insurance programs and placement strategies aligned with client needs and market conditions.
• Negotiate with insurers in London and international markets.
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Operational & Leadership Duties

• Develop service plans and manage end-to-end client service delivery.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
• Act as a senior point of contact, providing technical expertise and mentoring team members.

Additional Responsibilities

• Represent FINEX/WTW in industry panels and events.
• Promote a high-performance culture and uphold company policies.

• Expert knowledge of D&O and financial lines products
• ACII-qualified, studying, or committed to ACII
• Demonstrated excellence in client service and business development
• Insight into global insurance markets and broking/claims processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and web-based tools
