The Human Resources team is one of the six corporate functions within WTW globally. It is made up of Talent Advisory, Integrated Service Delivery, and Centers of Expertise (COE).
Our Global Integrated Service Delivery delivers Human Resources services via a combination of global systems and processes through Global Service Delivery and Regional Delivery teams made up of generalists, employee relations, recruitment, and administrative services.
What will you do?
As an HR Business Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR services and administrative support to the HR function and business stakeholders across Sweden, Denmark & Finland. You will act as a trusted colleague, ensuring smooth HR operations and an excellent employee experience.
HR services
- Provide day-to-day Tier 1 support and guidance to the HR Services team in Sweden, Denmark & Finland.
- Deliver HR operational tasks across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare and update HR documentation, including employment contracts and contractual amendments.
- Provide day-to-day advice to Line Managers and Employees on general Tier 1 HR related queries and requests.
- Monitor the case management system (ServiceNow), assigning tickets to the appropriate stakeholders and ensuring resolution.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with regional HR delivery teams and other key stakeholders.
- Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as required.
HR Database
- Complete and maintain data in all HR Systems (e.g. Oracle HCM, Talent Acquisition Cloud, ServiceNow)
- Organize, maintain, and update internal databases of relevant employee information
- Ensure the HR Database accurately reflects current staff conditions and details. This includes inputting starters and leavers, contractual amendments, change of details, annual leave, recording of sicknesses and other leave, and setting up reports.
Customer service
- Be the first point of contact for all HR Admin-related queries
- Respond to all customer inquiries in line with WTW standards
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience of working in an HR role is beneficial but not essential
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Strong service orientation with the ability to adapt quickly to fast-changing environments
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Fluency in written and spoken Swedish
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail, with solid IT literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR systems
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
