Responsibilities:

This 24-36 month programme is both an opportunity to make an impact and your first step towards a lasting career within our ICT team. Working alongside some of the market’s top thought leaders on multiple and varied client projects, you’ll:

  • Use actuarial and statistical modelling techniques to analyse data and produce insightful results for clients
  • Present your analysis both internally and to clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the UK and globally to tackle real-world actuarial problems
  • Build your core technical and consulting skills through hands-on experience and team support
  • Learn and apply our proprietary insurance technology solutions, which are used widely by the insurance market
  • Grow through structured early-career training and ongoing learning from subject matter experts in the team

On this apprenticeship, you’ll grow through on-the-job training, a highly competitive study support package and access to extensive in-house training resources. You’ll be supported by your line manager, a buddy and a coach from our government-approved training provider, who will guide your academic and professional development.

Successfully complete the apprenticeship and you’ll have the opportunity to either grow in your current role or progress within the Insurance Consulting team on our Level 7 Apprenticeship scheme.
