Job Description
岗位描述：
- 协助制定和执行企业健康管理计划，健康相关培训，收集分析健康数据，组织健康促进活动；
- 协助企业制定健康政策、监测健康状况、倡导健康文化等；
- 熟悉企业体检安排，并能够给予专业支持与建议；
- 负责跨部门沟通协作，能够同时推进多个企业健管项目；
- 负责定期回顾，追踪分析各个项目健康数据并制作分析报告；
- 根据客户需求，梳理健康管理供应商，并负责沟通与管理；
Qualifications
资质要求：
- 临床医学/公共卫生/护理专业背景，获得相应的资格证书，两年以上相关工作经验；
- 熟练使用办公软件PPT,Excel等，具备较强的数据处理和分析能力；
- 具备较强的沟通能力（跨部门协作，客户沟通等）
- 有较强的抗压和团队合作能力；
- 熟练使用英语（听说读写）
