Job Overview:
- You will be responsible for helping create and deliver WTW’s TMT Industry proposition
- Working with the Sales & Client Management, you will build a value-driven TMT-specific prospect/client engagement strategy
- You will develop & display deep knowledge and expertise of the TMT industries and share that knowledge collaboratively with our Corporate Risk & Broking teams
- Working with sales specialists, you will build and monitor a robust pipeline of TMT prospects
- You will use your experience to ensure that TMT tender-response is of the highest quality, showcasing the full range of WTW’s solutions
- You will apply your experiences, data, and analytics to bring distinctive and innovative solutions to clients & prospects in collaboration with Corporate Risk & Broking team。
- You will be in charge of the daily team management and build a strong TMT sales team in South of China.
- You will apply your rich experiences of team management to lead all teammates in South of China to achieve the annual target.
Responsibilities:
- Seek sales opportunities from multinational companies in China, prepare presentation, proposal if necessary.
- Identify prospecting targets to secure new TMT accounts and drive cross-selling of products within TMT sectors
- Provide insurance broker/consultant service to Willis’s network clients, identify and solve client problems with assistance from service team members
- Responsible for service quality of designated accounts as second pair of eyes on day-to-day services, lead the client meetings/presentation
- Prepare underwriting documentation and negotiate terms with the market
- Maximize client profitability through efficient delivery of service and cross selling
- Develop and maintain relationships with key insurance carriers and Network Offices
- Assist in any fee negotiations and/or agreeing commission levels with insurers
- prepare market presentations and work closely with the client service team members to achieve best terms
- Maintain regular contact with clients including associated travel where necessary
Qualifications
The Requirements:
- Have an experience in non-life insurance sector of at least five years, working with a multi-national insurance company/broker is a plus
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the TMT industry sectors, key and emerging risks and common risk mitigation strategies
- Experienced in servicing global accounts is preferred
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Excellent marketing sense and sales skills
- General understanding all types of general insurance products and placements
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Able to lead client service team to achieve business objective of specific accounts
- Client-oriented, with flexibility and problem-solving skills
- Can independently work under pressures
