The Opportunity
From day one, you will be assigned your own responsibilities, giving you exposure to client assignments and enabling you to build up valuable experience and skills. You will have opportunities to gain exposure to different aspects of our business and will be able to gain a solid understanding of what we do and how we do it.
What will you do?
As Administrative officer, your key responsibility will be to carry out claims management operations, within the framework of a standardized and normalized procedure.
You’ll be working on real client projects performing the following tasks:
- Insurance Oversight :
- Participate to the tender process, facilitating seamless communication with insurers.
- Consolidate insurer responses and ensure meticulous validation of insurance contracts.
- Tech-Driven HR Management :
- Manage the HR extranet, showcasing proficiency in document control.
- Develop and update user-friendly documents, including HR guides and employee resources.
- Provide expert customer support, addressing HR-related inquiries with precision.
- Data Coordination Expertise :
- Coordinate seamless data transfers from clients.
- Create Business Impact Analysis.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for a highly driven colleague with solid interpersonal skills - a colleague looking to join a large and dynamic organization.
- Basic knowledge of insurance contracts would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Effective prioritisation and time management abilities
- Attention to detail, with a strong commitment to adhering to rules, procedures, and deadlines
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team
- Excellent analystical and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in French – minimum B2 level, with C1 preferred
