Intern – Talent Acquisition (6 months)

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and delivering a positive candidate experience. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in human resources, talent strategy, or organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and internal support teams.
• Source candidates via several recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and internal databases.
• Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and reference checks when necessary
• Participate in team meetings.

The Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Passion for people and recruitment with a keen interest in learning about talent acquisition processes.
• Able to commit for 6 months.
• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident are encouraged to apply.
