FINEX D&O Account Executive
Job Description
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and manage relationships with clients, underwriters, and service providers.
- Understand client business and risk management needs to deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead client strategy, pricing, and placement to ensure profitable outcomes.
Business Development
- Drive new business acquisition and client retention.
- Maintain and convert a pipeline of prospects through research, meetings, and RFP responses.
- Collaborate across business units to identify cross-selling opportunities.
Broking & Placement
- Design insurance programs and placement strategies aligned with client needs and market conditions.
- Negotiate with insurers in London and international markets.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Operational & Leadership Duties
- Develop service plans and manage end-to-end client service delivery.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
- Act as a senior point of contact, providing technical expertise and mentoring team members.
Additional Responsibilities
- Represent FINEX/WTW in industry panels and events.
- Promote a high-performance culture and uphold company policies.
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of D&O and financial lines products
- ACII-qualified, studying, or committed to ACII
- Demonstrated excellence in client service and business development
- Insight into global insurance markets and broking/claims processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and web-based tools
