Job Description
The Role
- Play a key part in driving new business acquisition withWTWRetail, Fac and London.
- Assist with renewing the existing aviation accounts of WTW Colombia.
- Work with WTW Colombia and WTW Londonto strategise theexpansion of the aviation portfolio.
- Develop relationships with local cedantstoconductrelevantFacultative duties at the highest level.
- Support WTW Colombia with any day-to-day aviation insurance requirements of WTW Colombia.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years o fexperience doing Aviation placementin Colombia / Regional.
- Exceptionalclientrelationshipskills:abilitytodevelopstrongrelationshipsquicklyandmaximize resources effectively to achieve goals.
- Strong leadership skillsto help and lead the team to achieve the commercial objectivesin the various Aviation sectors.
