Job Description

Job Description:

  • Identify and develop a network of potential clients in the insurance sector.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, including handling renewals and providing ongoing support.
  • Upsell and cross-sell insurance products to existing clients.
  • Seek out and acquire new clients.
  • Advise and introduce suitable insurance products to meet clients' needs.
  • Work closely with insurance providers to ensure the best service for clients.
  • Implement business strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales process ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Monitor and report business results periodically to management.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • University Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, B2B sales, insurance, or financial services.
  • Preference for candidates with professional insurance consulting certifications, especially in non-life insurance.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales is a mandatory advantage.
  • Ability to acquire new clients through various methods, including but not limited to networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Focus on industries such as manufacturing (wood, textiles, light and heavy industrial production).
