Job Description:
- Identify and develop a network of potential clients in the insurance sector.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, including handling renewals and providing ongoing support.
- Upsell and cross-sell insurance products to existing clients.
- Seek out and acquire new clients.
- Advise and introduce suitable insurance products to meet clients' needs.
- Work closely with insurance providers to ensure the best service for clients.
- Implement business strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales process ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Monitor and report business results periodically to management.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- University Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, B2B sales, insurance, or financial services.
- Preference for candidates with professional insurance consulting certifications, especially in non-life insurance.
- Proficiency in English.
- Extensive experience in B2B sales is a mandatory advantage.
- Ability to acquire new clients through various methods, including but not limited to networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Focus on industries such as manufacturing (wood, textiles, light and heavy industrial production).
