Join Our Team as an Associate Director, Business Development– Come grow with us at WTW!
We are seeking a an experienced and results-driven Business Developer to join our RDI North America business development team. This role will be responsible for generating new revenue in the assigned territory for our market leading compensation surveys and compensation software solutions through net new client acquisition, with a focus on large multi-national and enterprise accounts.
What You'll Do:
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing sales team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our commercial organization. Your drive for success will be key to achieving our ambitious growth goals in North America. You will work closely with our experienced Business Development team, Survey Operations, Client Success, and Work & Rewards consulting teams a to identify, qualify, nurture and close net new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio in North America.
The Role:
Lead generation and Prospecting: search and identify potential clients within the target market segments, working closely with our Industry Leaders and Global Sales Operations team.

Qualifications
The Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant sales experience in a data products, digital, or software environment
- A foundational understanding of Total Rewards and/or compensation management processes is preferred
- Proven track record of building and growing business relationships in large enterprise accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Must be client focused and have excellent client relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a team environment
- Commercial growth mindset

Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role.
Compensation:
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $90,000 - $125,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
