Key Responsibilities:

Here’s where you’ll shine:

• Be the compliance guru: Design and maintain programs aligned with frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and NIST.
• Streamline MSP magicS: Optimize MSP processes to meet customer, regulatory, and contractual requirements, all while making things run like clockwork.
• Master the art of Vanta: Collaborate with Vanta, the compliance automation platform, to make client operations seamless and efficient.
• Team up with the pros: Work closely with auditors and compliance consultants to help clients ace their compliance goals.
• Guide like a pro: Be a trusted advisor, walking clients through audits, providing training, and delivering actionable insights.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Conduct risk assessments, internal audits, and gap analyses, then recommend smart solutions to keep compliance efforts on track.
• Write the playbook: Develop, refine, and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation that make compliance a breeze.
• Be the compliance trendsetter: Keep up with regulatory changes, compliance trends, and industry news, sharing your findings with clients and teammates.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in a related field. Bonus points if you’ve got certifications like CISA, CISM, or CISSP.

Experience:

• 3+ years in governance, risk, and compliance roles, ideally in an MSP or SaaS environment.
• A track record of working with compliance frameworks and excelling in client-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Vanta and collaboration with external partners.
