We’re looking for graduates who bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to WBD’s Financial Planning and Analysis department.
This opportunity begins with a 12‑week Summer Internship, followed by a one‑year rotational Graduate Program for our top‑performing interns.
As a program participant, you’ll be assigned to a team and work on real‑world, hands‑on projects that deepen your understanding of the intersection of finance and entertainment.
START DATE: 1st July 2026
Some examples of what you might do include:
Prepare monthly flash reports providing actual results compared to forecast, prior year and budget.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly deliverables. This includes creating reports by title, profit and loss (P&L) statements, and explaining differences in cash flow.
Combine different financial reports for the EMEA region to create accurate and timely results. This includes analyzing differences, identifying trends, and sharing these insights with finance leaders, including the EMEA CFO.
Prepare roll-forwards comparing plan results to prior forecast, prior year and budget.
Refresh financial models and help map financial data between different systems.
Participate in company-wide projects i.e. new system implementations and process redesign.
Assist with ad hoc management reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
Currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong foundation in core financial analysis, or financial reporting.
Active involvement in student organizations, demonstrating initiative.
Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
A proactive, open‑minded, and motivated approach to learning.
A strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel.
Fluency in both English and Polish.
